The Selection Journey:

Step 1: Online Registration
Fill out the form (once only).

Step 2: Online Test
Shortlisted candidates will get a test link right in their inbox.

Step 3: Assessment Day 1
Bring your A-game to Getz Pharma for a full-day experience filled with team activities and challenges.

Step 4: Panel Interviews
Show us your spark in front of our panel.

Step 5: Offers
Selected candidates will get their golden ticket!

A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is required to apply.

The shortlisted candidates for NextLead 2025 have been contacted and onboarded.

Yes! You will receive a travel allowance to get to and from the internship site.

You will be based at: Getz Pharma Head Office and Astola Facility, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

We don’t guarantee a role, but some of our NextLead alumni are now Management Trainees at Getz Pharma – so never say never!
