Charting the Future Together

Getz Pharma organized the two-day Leadership Strategy & Transformation Conference 2026 – 2035 at its Astola Manufacturing Facility’s state-of-the-art 1,000-seat auditorium on 12-13 December 2025.

Over 1,000 leaders from the company’s sales, marketing and operations engaged with the leadership and management. The leadership concluded and agreed on the new strategies and committed to revive a return of its DNA and winning values and culture.

The conference created space for 1,000 minds to align and reflect, while setting a clear path forward, and reinforce a culture built on trust, openness, respect, performance, and meritocracy.

Innovation for Better Health

The launch of GLP-GIP therapeutic portfolio marked an essential step in advancing treatment options and improving patient outcomes. Getz Pharma is setting a strong foundation for the future of metabolic health.

Promoting Wellness and Awareness
Throughout the year, we focused on preventive care and health education through CPR and First Aid training, as well as awareness sessions on diabetes, heart health, mental well-being, obesity, epilepsy, schizophrenia, and breast cancer. We also organized a Parkinson’s awareness session at Saharah Village Old Age Home and a road safety awareness session, reinforcing our commitment to community health and safety.

Health Screening

To promote proactive health management, we conducted screenings for employees and communities, including:

• Lipid Profile Testing
• Health Screenings (BMI Checks)
• Neuropathy Screening
• Breast Cancer Examination
• Diabetes Risk Testing across the globe

Community Initiative

Getz Pharma partnered with Meethi Zindagi, a leading diabetes support non-profit organization, to support 250 children living with Type 1 Diabetes in Pakistan under the umbrella of Little Lights – Love – Insulin – Life.

Employee Engagement and Cultural Initiatives

Our teams celebrated the Khmer New Year, Eid 2025, and multiple Independence Days. Getz Pharma All Stars Cricket League added a sporty twist to the year, which focused on employee engagement. A highlight was earning the Runner-Up Position at the Horticultural Society of Pakistan’s Annual Flower Show.

Getz Pharma continued to support literature, culture, and dialogue through:
