In a society where women are still deprived of basic rights such as education and health, Getz Pharma actively contributes to make the situation better by extending its support to The Behbud Association.
In 2011, the Getz Pharma Philippines team contributed to the construction of the new headquarters of the Gabayng Landas Foundation (GALA), a non-government and non-profit organization which provides shelter, care and free education to children.
The literacy rate of our country is a bleak 55 percent. Educational institutions such as SMB Fatima Jinnah School in Karachi strive to improve this situation, particularly focusing on girls’ education by offering quality academics along with extracurricular activities for the underprivileged.
Getz Pharma won a Crystal Star Award on March 2, 2011, and was declared Best New Pharmaceutical Company for 2010 in Kazakhstan at the second Pharmaceutical Constellation 2010 Competition.
