• Uncomplicated gonorrhea (cervical/urethral and rectal)
• Pelvic inflammatory disease
• Bacterial septicemia
• Bone and joint infections
• Intra-abdominal infections
• Meningitis
• Surgical prophylaxis of infections
• Infections in neutropenic patients
