For:

• In combination with at least two other antiretroviral agents for the management of HIV infected adults.
• For the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults with compensated liver disease, with evidence of active viral replication, persistant elevated serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level and histological evidence of active inflammation and fibrosis.
