Who can apply for the NextLead Summer Internship Program?
If you are a bachelor’s student in your final year, a recent graduate, or currently enrolled in a master’s program, you are all set to apply!

How long is the internship?
Just 8 weeks of hands-on learning, professional vibes, and a lot of growing!

The Selection Journey:

Step 1: Online Registration
Fill out the form (once only).

Step 2: Online Test
Shortlisted candidates will get a test link right in their inbox.

Step 3: Assessment Day 1
Bring your A-game to Getz Pharma for a full-day experience filled with team activities and challenges.

Step 4: Panel Interviews
Show us your spark in front of our panel.

Step 5: Offers
Selected candidates will get their golden ticket in early July!

When will I hear back?
Keep an eye on your email (and maybe your spam folder too). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted there.

Will transport be provided?
Yes! You will receive a travel allowance to get to and from the internship site.

What will I be doing at Getz Pharma?
You will work side by side with industry professionals, contribute to real projects, and build skills that will power your future.

Is this a paid internship?
Yes! You will receive a fixed stipend + travel allowance.

What are the timings?

Our standard office hours are:
Mon – Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Where is the internship happening?

You will be based at:
Getz Pharma Head Office, Karachi
Astola Facility, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Is there accommodation for out-of-towners?
Sadly, no accommodation is provided.

When does the internship start?
Expect to kick off in early to mid-July 2025!

When are results announced?
You will hear back in early July. Stay tuned to our socials for future updates!

Does this lead to a job?
We don’t guarantee a role, but some of our NextLead alumni are now Management Trainees at Getz Pharma – so never say never!

What is the CGPA requirement?
A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is required to apply.

The 2024 program began with a high-energy launch event, marking the start of an exciting journey. A rigorous assessment and interview process followed, culminating in the selection of a talented cohort from across Pakistan and beyond.

From day one, they were entrusted with solving real business challenges – bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.

Community Impact

At Getz Pharma, we believe in developing not just future professionals but also responsible citizens. Our interns visited Durbeen, a non-profit organization dedicated to reforming public education in Pakistan. This experience broadened their worldview and aligned with our core value of giving back to society.

Cricket Showdown

Interns participated in a Cricket Showdown, fostering teamwork and some thrilling on-field action.

NLP Workshop

One of the learning sessions was on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This workshop delved into the science of communication and behavior, equipping interns with tools to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness.

A Lasting Legacy

The 2024 internship concluded with final presentations and a certificate ceremony, but the journey did not end there. Our interns left with more than just experience – they left with a legacy of learning, contribution, and growth that continues to resonate within our organization.
