In line with our commitment to improve the well-being of our people and environment, we have long considered effective management of the workplace to be one of our corporate priorities. We reaffirm this commitment and pledge our continued efforts to protect the environment and to assure the health and safety of our employees, business associates, visitors and community. We pledge to seek continuous improvements in our environment, health, and safety performance by complying with Getz Pharma’s mission and vision, all local, state and federal EHS laws and regulations and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

  • Manufacture quality health care products while making optimum use of available resources
  • Demonstrate resource conservation by installation of highly efficient machinery and adoption of Best Available Techniques (BATs)
  • Monitor resource consumption and minimize wastages
  • Minimize waste by adoption of 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Restore and Replenish) technique

COMPLIANCE

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and other requirements to which Getz Pharma subscribes

  • Educating, training, and motivating employees to conduct their activities in a safe and responsible manner
  • Strive for an injury free workplace through high employee involvement and a strong health and safety program
  • Strive to continuously improve EHS performance by utilizing best practices, technological options, controlling measures and trainings

CORPORATE COMMITMENT

  • Top management is responsible for providing adequate resources to ensure effective implementation of EHS management system
  • Executive Committee Member (ECM) will review EHS performance on a periodic basis and provide their valuable input for system improvement
  • Line Management will have the responsibility for allocating adequate resources to ensure support and implementation of EHS initiatives
  • Strive to provide a safe and healthy workplace, prevent injuries and illnesses, promote a safe and healthy lifestyle and encourage care for the environment
  • Ensure that employees are equipped with the awareness, skills and knowledge to implement this policy
